When you buy minimum $400,000 worth real estate you’ll be able to apply for getting the Turkish Citizenship via the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre. Then you send your application to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, whose Appraisers check and verify the real value of your properties. If you’re suitable candidate for the citizenship, the Ministry places a statement on the Title Deed stating that you may not sell it for 3 years but you still can use it or rent it. Finally, your application will be sent to the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs and you will receive your Turkish ID card and Turkish passport.
